Hi everyone!

The next couple of months are filled with herbal goodies! I am grateful that the weather has turned and we can enjoy being outside, with abundant herbs to harvest, medicine to make, and bodies to nurture before the winter season!

The theme of most of my educational offerings this year has been on hormone health. Herbal medicine has much support to offer, both alongside conventional therapies and as alternative options.

If you’re in the midst of hormone hell, or expect to be soon, you should come to some of my workshops! I will be talking about herbal options to support the menstrual cycle, particularly when things go awry, like in PMS and perimenopause.
