A transformative journey into herbal wellness! This hands-on workshop series will guide you through growing, harvesting, and crafting herbal remedies specifically tailored to support menstrual and hormonal health. From building your own apothecary garden to blending teas and tinctures for cycle balance, cramps, and PMS, each session provides practical skills, menstrual health education, and take-home herbal preparations. Whether you’re looking for natural support for PMS, perimenopause, or overall well-being, these classes will empower you with herbal knowledge rooted in tradition, practice, and science.
Each class will include education about the menstrual cycle and related health topics, handouts, medicine-making instructions, hands-on time with plants, and herbal remedies to take home. Each class builds on the knowledge learned in previous classes, but is also accessible as a stand-alone class.
*for the workshops held at my farm, accessing my garden requires a very short hike down a hill (and back up again) through the forest. I can also drive folks down there who have limited mobility, please let me know how I can accommodate you!
